Most likely no. We have spent countless hours researching our costs versus income ratio to come up with our plan pricing. We are not a bottom-of-the-barrel hosting company, and our focus is on your Excelsior Creations Hosting experience (which will be considerably better than any $2.95/mo hosting experience). With that said we do offer specials occassionally. It never hurts to ask. Just don't always expect a yes.
